Manual harvest in the first half of October, red vinification with maceration on the skins, maturation in tonneaux and barriques.

Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Broad bouquet of ripe red fruits, jam, balsamic, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is structured, smooth, and persistent.
