Manual harvest in the first half of September, cold vinification with gentle pressing and static decantation. Natural fermentation in a pressurized tank.

Tasting notes: Pale greenish-yellow color, with fresh aromas of white fruits and green apple, flowers, broom, and hawthorn. Fresh and pleasantly sparkling on the palate, with a delicate, refreshing finish.
